Hello Everyone

This is a blog to keep all who are interested informed on the work we are doing in Ecuador. We will be there from May 13-22, and should have internet access three or four times to update this site. We will put up pictures and summarize what we are doing during the trip. We are all so excited about seeing new parts of God's creation and sharing his love with the people in Ecuador.

Please continue to pray that we can be faithful servants of God and that these 10 days can impact the lives of the people we meet as well as our own. We are very thankful for all of the support and prayers and hope this blog will help our supporters keep up with us.

I can imagne that like other parents of the intrepid adventurers, my mind is continually asking questions like "What are they seeing now?" "How are they feeling at this altitude?" "What are they learning about themselves and the Kingdom of God?" "Are they eating guinea pig?" And as I stare at the moon and stars at night praying for the team, I ask what their view of the moon is and know that they are seeing different stars. Godspeed!

hey - we are hoping to receive some more specifics to pray for! fill us in berry man! :) we cannot wait to hear what God is revealing in your hearts and the hearts of those you meet! bek, your dad scared the life out of brett and i by calling from your cell - i answered yelling "no way!" thinking it was you all the way from Ecuador and your cell worked (ha!?) but instead i heard your dad's voice and got really nervous about what kind of news he could be possibly calling to share w/ me???!!! i said "rick, oh my - you are really making me nervous, what's up?" and he reassured me that he just wanted Brick's number --- whew! close call!
i love you girlie - be blessed and know we are faithfully lifting you all before our God. we are specifically praying for your skin and NO LICE!!! ha! be cool rockstars! :) mwah! hurry home and hopefully we'll have sold the house already --- ha! dream big right? oxoxoxoxo
